user cp help

when i post on a fourm it dosent show up in my user cp can someone tell me how to fix this.

You must turn on the "E-mail Notification" Function. To avoid an e-mail everytime somebody responds i would register a yahoo email address just for the site. But a real address is required incase you ever need your password reset etc.

Turning this function will make threads show up in your User CP
