pull downward on the main spring

have someone remove the retaining clip once its visable

hey pappy someone told me that the heat involved in the powdercoating process weakens the metal and changes spring rates on coils. is this true

well, they come powdercoated from the spring manufacture so what do you think:p

the curing temps used in powdercoating come nowhere near what is needed to change a spring rate.
