Skid plate on 06 not the same place as 05?

Got my full skid plate in today went to put on and the hole for the oil was on the right side and it didn't match up on the skid plate? Did Honda move it on the 06's?

Yep,And most of the companies making skid plates dont know it yet.AC and I think pro armor does though.

some aree cutting holes to fit both the 2005 and the 2006 which leaves extra holes. PRM-ATV has two separate versions so you don't have any extra holes.

I drilled and ran. and I was so happy I did. I forgot the trails by my house have rocks on top of rocks.

The PRM was the only i knew of at the time that addressed the 06 differences!But i must of got one of the 1st ones because i had to grind the **** outta one of the brackets!

My pro armor is tip top on my 2006. The hole is lined up and oil flows all day long with no problems.
