I was wondering if some of the KFX, DVX, and Z 400's have different swingarms? I bought a used PRO Armor swingarm skid plate from a guy and it doesnt bolt up to my 2004 KFX400. There are holes in the skid plate to clear the 4 bolts/nuts for the chain adjustment. ( the ones that go throught the top of the swingarm) The holes look right until you go to put it on. The most forward mounting tab seems right and I think the back 2 are right but the other 2 holes are wrong. Now that I think about it I always wonderd if any of the 400's had a different swingarm. I have noticed in the past that some have 1 chain adjuster sticking out the back, and some have 2. Please let me know i am really confused. Does anyone know what years, models are the same? Please let me know. Thanks in advance!!!
