Exhaust Help Please!!

I heared on my new ltr-450 you can remove the sparky or baffle. Does anyone no about this and if so how you go about doing this. Please anything would help. If anything to make it sound as mean as it performes.

I would assume that there are bolts on the silencer that would have to be removed so you can pull the baffle out of the silencer.

get a yoshimura cherry bomb for $30, take out the baffle and the airbox lid, and youve got 6-7 more hp.

first take out the three allen bolts on the cover on the back of the exhaust. Top one you either have to take the heat shield off or do what I did and take out the two mounting bolts on the pipe.

second take the two allen head bolts out of the baffle/spark arrestor and slide it out.

bolt it all back up and you are good to go.

I recomend the cherry bomb to compensate for the open pipe and either take off you're airbox lid or go with a EHS lid mod like this one.
