Can anyone figure this out?

my tools box wont get big and i cant use like my lasso tool and stuff like that so can anyone help

Go to Window>Tool. Un check it then go back the the window menu, select tools, and it should go back to default.

exit out and go to double click to start it again and after u double click hold ctrl alt shift at the same time and it should ask you to reset your settings and tell it yes
