well i ahve been reading about the 05 and the bearing failure in the motor. should i be worried about this with an 04? race season is almost here and i want to have the most reliable quad i can possibly have. please help me! thanx

I have at least 100 hours on my 04 with anything from trail rides, glamis, and desert. I wouldn't worry about it until it happens and when it does, well there you go.

i thought it was both the 05 and 04s tht had the problem.. i guess if it happens to you your one of the unlucky ones

Ive had my bike since feb of 04 and have no problems at all.

I will check my build date tomorrow. My 04 rod bearing went.

well lets all hope it doesnt throw a bearing good luck with your season though

alright thanx guys.....i jus wanted to check up on some stuff
the funny thing is the 04 is the onl;y opne w/o any problems. the 05's had the bearings and the 06's have starting problems.

yeah that is weird as hell because usually
the first year of any model is the year that there is the most problems
