ok, i just put a new axle in my 06 450 r. everything in my rear end is lonestar (brake hub, sprcket hubs...) after i put my chain on i tried to eye it up, to see if it was running straight. when i looked, the chain was to the left in the rear about 5mm. (you know how the chain guide has the hump in the middle for the middle of the chain, the out side of the link is running on this hump) will this little bit throw the chain off at high speeds (racing ect...)? or should i just let it go? thanks guys.

thats what i thought, but i even beat the **** out of the axle with a rubber hammer to get it further into the carrier.

something is making it not go all the way in. did you put alil grease on the area that is in the rearend housing. try that if ya didn't. seems lonestar wouldn't make the axle wrong. but i could be wrong.
