Rev Limiter...? Anyone?

So I heard sumthing about being able to cut a wire on a stock 06' 450r n get an extra 1000 rpm....Is this true er is sumone pullin my chain.....N if it is true tell me exactly wat wires to cut....? Thanks guys fer all ur help...Peace Out.
