A-arm bushings

So i have the laeger +2 a-arms and I ordered a modquad bushing set for a 300ex/400ex and the bushings are too big. Is there something I am missing? Thanks in advance.

Try sanding them down some, and lots of grease.

Thanks, except the bushing actually measures to the outside of the a-arm link. It would take a lot fo sanding. Thanks again for the idea.
