Well here it is, need some money. Have about 11months and about 5-6k invested (I believe last time I added it up it was about $5643 or something like that).
Currently its as pictured but will be a complete roller by the end of this week. Only thing im waiting on to install is my front hubs and bearing carrier then it will be a roller. Pappy has a bunch of my parts im waiting to get back from coatings.
Every bearing is new, all new balljoints, bushings, seals, etc etc etc I didnt go skimpy on anything. No old bolts were even used. This quad is newer than new.
Heres the setup
Walsh swingarm, had skid plate mounts welded on
Houser +2 a-arms new balljoints, bushings, etc
Honda OEM replacment frame reinforced then pc'ed
AC skidplate
AC 250r grab bar
Lonestar subframe with 250r removable grab bar
Durablue extended axle
250r rear hubs
LSR twin row carrier
Yoshimura RS-3 complete exhaust, ceramic coated then can pc'ed
OEM oil tank pc'ed
OEM pegs pc'ed
Moly coated cylinder
Pc'ed side cases
pc'ed motor mounts and spacers
moly coated pivot bolt
complete front and rear beadlocks
OEM rear shock
cannondale front shocks (need upper rubber mount, but shocks are brand new)
pc'ed OEM spindles
Pc'ed OEM stem
pc'ed OEM linkage (needs bearings)
Renthal bars (dhl lost my tag's ) not coated
ECATV bar clamp and pro-design mount with 2 pro designs
full wiring harness
04 motor with the parts above pc'ed cyl needs bore, have a 425 wiseco piston for it
02 running complete 416ex motor or a running 425 built motor with a knock ...not sure which I want to keep
Brand new 06 fenders plastic still on them
Its all there, everything for a quad is there except about $100-200 worth of parts. All it needs is linkage bearings, chain, cyl bored, headlight, hood, side panels (I think I have a pair though) and thats about it. This is my SR project and all i need left is my teacher to sign off and its done.
I have a bunch of other crap like AC nerfs
OEM seat that needs a cover
some axxis shocks (your gonna need to buy them seperate, not in the deal). If we do get a deal here I can get pretty much anything you want really cheap...2'' extended Burgard chrome swinger $150...burgard +1 stem $100.. the axis LT shocks, some Leager LT a-arms etc etc
Pappy did all the powder coating and can vouch for all the parts new"ness"
Really looking to get a quad, or a dual purpose bike or street bike. Really looking for 450r, yfz450, possibly a raptor, drz400...z400...any street bike ALMOST (year dependant)...no 2 strokes at all.
Just let me know what cha got. Must be complete and running, i need something to ride. I leave for college in august and have not had a bike in over 2 years.
