The boy's frame finally came back from stripping, and I gusseted it today.

That wonderful glob of messy weld belongs to honda. The gussets were tig welded in by me.

All welds were inspected for cracks, and any partial welds were completed

The frame is now ready for reassembly...after I powdercoated it ofcourse:p

I need to find a welder to do our new addition out here in Southern Cal.
