Now that the LTR450 is EFI its only a matter of time for honda and yamaha to follow. How will the EFI work with big bores and longer stroke cranks sence the EFI is set up for the 450cc. Is it going to be a easy fuel injector swap or is it going to be alot more intense?

I stopped by the suzuki dealership yesterday to check out the LTR 450 ..it nice but anyways the salesmen said that hondas CRF450 will be fuel injected in 07 ..so the 07 trx probably will be also.

You would just have to buy a bigger injector(s) along with re-mapping it.

You would have to re map it.
The best way is to purchase the DynoJet PCIII USB. That way every time you make any change just hook it up to your laptop & richen it up or lean it out. Same thing we do to our EFI motorcycles.
This is the preferred way to do it because you change the fuel going into the engine for RPM vs % of throttle. There are even custom maps for common setups, We would expect to see something like HRC Kit, Full race exhaust only... (see available raptor maps)

Here is the EFI controller for the Raptor 700 (http://www.powercommander.com/416-411.shtml)

LTR 450 - no maps yet to new (http://www.powercommander.com/329-411.shtml)

Sometime soon we should see these for the 450R - 07?
