need hot cam

i ride in trails,pits and on old fire roads. some high speed some low speed. what cam should i get stage 1 or 2?
i am getting a 426 to go with one of these and i already have a 450R carb.

from what ive read on here get the stage 2 if your gonna do a big bore kit.mine is still stock bore but with a stage 1.i like it.big power increase.
