I found a new energy drink called XS, it has 8 calories, 0 sugar, and tastes pretty good...Look at this comparison chart.

How much sugar is in XS drink?

I'm completely upsessed with Monster Low cal energy drink.. its amazing how much better i feel during the day after i drink one, it just wakes me right up..

I have about 2 a day on average, and the blue and black can only has 10 calories and no sugar i believe.. good stuff!!!

Beer is different ... beer actually tastes good and after a few I hardly even notice it's carbonated .

Red Bull on the other hand tasted awful when I tried it . I drank half a can and threw it out . LOL

To the people that say they drink one before a race or any athletic activity you should stop. Energy drinks are only good to keep you awake or get u awake in the morning. For racing they are bad because they give you the "buzz" or hype for a little bit and then wear you out. If you race MX and you have one before the first moto or before the practice you will be dead tired when the first moto or 2nd moto come around. Plus they are filled with crap that is not good for high endurance sport and activity.

I used to drink them all the time but i did a little research on them and came to the conclusion to not drink them before a race or just for a drink. I will only drink one to wake me up.

has anyone had Sparks?....they sell it at one of the stores just across the bridge from here in VT....its got 6% alcohol!...it does give you a pretty good kick!..i could only make it through 1 though..doesnt taste all that good lol

I like Lost energy drink the most, if I can find it. Monster has revised their old formula, and it is the EXACT same thing as Lost, so I just buy Monster now cuz you can get it anywhere.

The absolute worst ever energy drink I tried was Rockstar. I drank one of those one night studying and I got so ill it wasn't even funny. I was crashing hardcore and it was the worst feeling/headache ever. I almost thought I was going to puke at some point. Way too strong, never again..:ermm:

I'll stick with what works for me :D

I forgot about that one I have drank that if I remember right it had a citrus taste wasn't terrible. I like no fear, and monster there are so many energy drinks now its getting out of hand. I just tried some Hydr8 blue rasberry more of a sports drink not too bad.

this guy is right im a member of a buisness called quixter it is a only buisness and i sell these xs energy drinks i have advertised them on here befor they are great for riding that is what i drink while riding and it really does help most energy drinks dont work as they say they just make you hyper and tast like crap most the time these are actually very good and there is 7-8 different flavors.

ive never had energy drinks. ive heard they dont sit too well if you drink them before a race. Anyone know? I have a 2hr. harescramble sunday so i might try drinkin one that morning

last weekend when I was the 30 sec board girl at Houston Supercross... you could get free food and drinks in the staff office and I tried a Monster energy drink for the first time...I am now hooked... that and thats all me and my friends have been drinking lately. I just bought a bunch of them and they are all gone bc we were up working on my quad till 2 am. Also I have had a cold for the last 4-5 days and those Monster drinks definitely make me feel better.

Another energy drink I would like to try is Bookoo but havent seen any in the stores around here.

Energy drinks, like beer is an aquired taste. I used to not be able to get down half of a Monster in a day now I down at least 2 a day - usually in about a 5 minute period. I plan on kidney failure when im 20.

rockstar is by far the best, i think monster tastes like vitamens, btw there all pretty good, i normaly drink a rockstar in the mourning while im walking into school.
