more stupid jetting questions

Ok so I turned my ex into a 426. Did some mild p and p and added a stage 2 (new 3) hotcam. My question is what do I do about jetting for breakin. My current jetting is prolly lean right?

start with the stock jet. if the plug is to white go one size up but you shouldnt have to

Intake? Exhaust? Airbox lid? Elevation?
