I just put this one Ebay. It is a HyperTech Power Programmer III. It works for a 2002-2003 5.4L Ford Truck/SUV retails for $350. This is practically new. I used it to program my truck then return it to stock. Two uses and thats it. I just sold the truck and have no use for it.
