what size sprocket?

hey guys i havea 2005 honda 400ex and i went up two sizes on the back tires and i noticed that its much slower off the line now well i wantmy losted power back what size sprocket should i go with in the front?

I would say a 13. Stock front sprocket on your year 400 is a 14. You'll lose some more top-end by going down a size, but you'll get back your low-end torque.
