Second Gear Noise! I thought that it wouldn't happen to me

Has anyone figured out why second gear is making noise yet? Should I just keep riding it or leave it sit til someone figures it out? I haven't got 5 hours on my quad yet and its making a whistling sound when i decellerate in second gear is this what everyone else is talking about?

what oil are you using? what weight? synthetic or non?

im using 10/40 semi synthetic and having no problems. I think its the oil that people are using that causes the gear whining.

I'm using the same, semi synthetic Bel-Ray and it WHINED today, and every time it gets hot. It sounds horrible but Suzuki said it is "normal" and to just ride it.
