Clutch Problem On 450r

OK guys, i need some help here. when my quad is in gear and i pull in the clutch to push it, it still resists a little bit like it is still partially in gear. It is also much harder to kick-start with just the clutch pulled in than when it is in neutral. It is also harder to shift into neutral. the bike is under warranty and i have had the clutch and tranny all replaced about 8 mos ago b/c a factory leak in the shift seal let all the oil drain from my tranny. So that is long but I wanted to give ya's some history

Did you check your free play at the lever?

My quad has done that since i owned it. even after i replaced the clutch it did it. i think the basket causes this. not sure though.

i haven't checked the freeplay at the lever yet, that I will try. and since I am not a clutch guy @ all, i know diddly in this area, is my stock clutch capable of the engine mods i have (Listed in my sig)?
