? 400ex and 450R bearing carrier same or different?

Just wondering if anyone might know if the bearing carrier for a 2002 400ex arethe same as a 450r's? Please let me know if you know. Thanks

the 400ex carrier is made for two bearings and seals. the 450r carrier runs one bearing on the brake side, and tow bearings on the sproket side.

But do they work the same or will it fit the 400ex rear end?
