450r maintenance

I was looking into getting a 450r. what kind of maintenance do you need to do after every ride to keep it running right? what kinds of things do I need to do every so often? Is it high maintenance?

Check for loosened bolts, and change oil every 10 hours. Thats all I do. That and the occassioinal cleaning :)

Also, after you buy it, tear it down and grease everything with a good synthetic grease and continue to do this every year at least, depending on how much you ride.

Don't forget the air filter not cleaning that can kill your bike fast.

would I need to tune up the engine a lot?
