today i bought a brand new ipod video.brought it home installed everything...pluged it in and it says usb device not reconized ..i reset it,restored it and uninstalled the itunes and re in stalled it and it stil doesnt work :o can somebody help me out with this please????:ermm:

call apple and ask them, if they dont know i think they will send you a box to send it in to them...
