So after I trail tested my 42 pilot 165 main setup. I'm pretty sure I'm running a tad too rich. I went to the dealership and picked up a 160 and 162 main.

Never really glanced at them until I got home and they don't have the K stamped on them like every other Kiehin jet.

There is no logo but the jet numbers are 160RD and 162RD

I'm kinda leery of putting them in my machine because of differences in other brands of jets. and I don't even know what kind these are.

Anyone have some insight here?

RD Precision is an aftermarket manufacture of jets patterned off of Keihin and Mikuni originals. Personally, I'd take them back and get genuine Keihin jets. I don't trust aftermarket jets. Also, my local tuning shop lets me trade jets for different sizes but he won't take anything but Keihin originals.

Thanks a lot

I figured they were some knockoff company.

I searched all over google and couldn't find anything with the jet number.

I'm with you I'm not putting anything other than genuine Keihin jets in there.

both local quad shops aren't selling the genuine keihin jets anymore...

Cheap *******s, anything to make a buck, now they have to sell knock-off jets for the same prices as name brand ones.

Thats B.S! Tell them to screw themselves and just buy a jet kit.

Personally I would prefer running the Keihin jets. I may have to pick up that 5 pack.

Just the principle of it all pisses me off. The dealers aren't making enough money on bikes/quads/service/parts. Now they are going to nickle-dime everyone to death on 2-3 dollar jets.

Yet another reason to tell your local dealers to pound sand.

many of the aftermarket companies jets are different sizes than the standard jets, even though they have the same number stamped on them. i would look closely at the holes and see if you can tell any differences. i can tell by looking at two jets, even if they are close in size. it will be hard to tell but if you have good eyes, you shoudl be able to notice.
