alright i have a 300ex and i check the oil regualrly....well the guy i bought it from had messed up the o-ring (it was ripped a little) that goes on the dipstick to prevent leaking...so i figured i would leave it inless it gave me a problem...well it gave me a problem...it started leaking oil out of the dipstick so i got a new o-ring...still leaks some...I know this sounds pretty weird but has ANYONE had this problem or know a good way to stop it...im sure the oil is not burning (no smoke AT ALL)...and its not leaking out of the case...i can see a tiny stream of oil goin down the side of the dipstick holder (wutever u call it)...anyone got some answers???
