Do rev boxes help out w/ power. I hear that the battery has to be in full charge when u use it tho. Is it worth buying???

They do make a difference depending on the cdi box, brand and what they are made for. Some do require a full battery charge really to get it to fire. I just got rid of an xr250 cdi that was on my beater 426ex, you would have to hook jumper cables to it from my truck, while it was running, before it would fire. So yeah, depending on what you get.

I believe my WB rev box is just a XR250 box. I've never had starting issues. I keep my battery on a BatteryTender but I never had starting issues even before I started doing that. Maybe my battery has always just been healthy? Maybe if it wasn't kept at 90+%...I dunno then.

i have a hotshots cdi and it is worth all $70. but i have left my key on for 20 min and my 400 wouldnt start
