What are good pistons for a 2-stroke? I want to replace the one in my kx 80..

is a ring compressor needed?

I would go with a pro-X piston.

i have never had a problem with wiesco whether it was 2stroke or 4stroke. i installed a piston in my kfx back when i installed 440 kit and it was a B*TCH!!! so it is possibal but i dont recomend it without a ring compressor. when i did i really hurt my hands ... betewwn the small cuts on my fingertips to the skin that got ripped off my knuckles when my hands slipped it was pretty painful afterwords , but nothing can stop ya when you wanna ride!!!!! :macho
