What needed for FCR carb?

What would i all need to adapt an FCR carb from a yfz onto my 04 R? It is complete, but doesn't have the throttle cable... can i use the stock throttle cable and/ or what else will i need??

that's a 39mm right? I'm not sure how it bolts up but here's what u do:

Sell it on EBay and buy a 41 with the kit.
