from my front shocks there is a squeak, should or could i put wd40 to make it go away?

wut did u do? oil? wut kinda shocks u got now? is it worth gettin new ones? wut does it help?

Mine too. It annoys the heck out of me..:mad: :confused: Not sure why either??Any advice out there for us??

My friend told me when i had my 1997 Ex, that i should oil it, but it didnt bother me because i couldnt hear it after i jumped it a few times,it would like go away, it just did it right at the beginning of the ride, the first time i would hardly use the shocks at all, the squeak would go away, it also got worse when it got in water...

Prop the front end up, remove the front shocks and grease the
bottom bushings. It was the bottom bushing on my 400ex, I'm
guessing it's the same on the 300ex. Fixed my squeak ! My steering stem top bushing also was in need of grease when it started squeaking too. A little bit of work, but made steering
alot easier.

oiled them, then broke them, now new shocks no squeak!!

it's a 96, just lube it and ride
