Mega phone exaust

Ok i have a 2001 honda 440ex with a white bros e series exaust megaphone and my friends say that megaphones give u less power than a stock exaust, what do u say?

my white bros gives me great power i finally put on all of my discs and it gives me great top end wow and when i had 4 discs on it has great low end so i'm happy how it performs.

your friend is an idiot, plain and simple and has no clue what they are talking about. One of the highest producing hp pipes on the market is The Curtis Sparks X-6 and it is a megaphone design. Tell your friend to contact them and tell them their design doesn't make hp.

Agree... my sparks x-4 on my 330ex is a mehaphone/reverse megaphone. It makes a LOT more power than the stock pipe. (I use the stock pipe and a preset carb when I want to run really quiet).

Just for giggles, I'd have him give you his scientific theory as to why the megaphone design would make less power. ;)
