Just got a Gibson Stem (+1) and now the brake line and clutch cable is too short. is there a way to extend the brake line? (There is a junction right where the stem gets clamped to the frame.) Who sells longer lines? and can i just measure the clutch cable for an inch longer, and order one?

Same problem here, this it a LSR +2 with Fasst bars. As you can see in the pic I don't have one installed yet, it's comming. I have aftermarket Streamline brake lines that are long enough and the clutch cable was long enough but the throttle was WAY too short.
Terry Cable, LINK HERE (http://www.terrycable.com/) is a great company that is easy to deal. They will make you ANY length cable you need. I called and they said just call back with the EXTRA length you need. Example, my cable needed to be 7inches longer so I told them I need a stock plus 7. They can make you any cable you need for any carb and any throttle set up you have.
