Depends on the length. I have 14/39 right now and it will go just over 60 mph.

Whats your thoughts on a 14/36 i bought it with a 16/36 and it had crazy top end but i couldnt launch worth a $hit, so i went to the 14 and am pretty happy, but im considering going up to a 15. This might not sound like a question btu im just looking for input. thanks

I honestly prefer the stock gearing but to each his own. The 14 should be plenty good enough for you. IMO 14/39 is just way to much bottom end.

14/36 is just a little more topended than stock gearing 15/38
