Hey I want to knopw how my 400 ex with hmf exhaust will compare against a scrambler 500 4x4 and a polaris magnum 500... These people keep talking junk and they wont race me so I can shut there mouths...I have even made a date and place to race them but they keep giving excuses and when I meet up with them they still talk $H!+...

Power to weight ratio of your ex compared to those polarises. You will waste them. 30hp-375pounds to 30hp-equal to an old buick.

i've beat scramblers it's cake they will run you better than you think they will but not good enough go for it, but i can't back up your riding skills did you rejet with you exhaust

I have total faith that your 400Ex will smoke both of the other quads. I have smoked so many scramblers when i was stock now i jsut dominate on them.

Ugly motha its just a figure of speech that will make someone mad... My 400 is re-jetted but what if I wasnt would it decrease power??? I ran about 2 weeks without re-jetting it.. I really couldnt tell a difference in power as far as jetting goes...

i have raced my friends 400 scrambler with pipe and filter and jets and he gets me on the line but i kill him after like 70 yards.

i think i figured it out did you mean chop there nads off i just didn't get the n and the s oh well ya usally you need to re-jet or you'll experience a miss or a boggin at 1/4 1/2 or full throttle blab blab and it gets even worse if you remove the airbox lid and run a high-flow filter then you definantly r-jet

my old quad was a 2000 Scrambler 400 2x4, and i raced a 2001 Scrambler 500 4x4 with it, it was close out of the hole with him a quad length ahead, but i got around him on top end, we raced several tiimes with the same result,,,i sold my Scrambler to a buddy when i bought my 400EX, raced him, beat him, and i raced my brothers and other buddies 2000 Scrambler 400 2x4's (everyone owns Polaris's around here, mostly for hunting and farming,,,we still have 3 Polaris's) and have beat all them, it's close outta the hole, but not for long,,,i clocked my Scrambler at 63 with a buddies car, and even with my 14T on my EX i can leave them in the dust at anytime and keep pulling away,,,as for the Magnum 500, DON"T even waste your time and his gas,,,,later,,,Trav

magnum has no chance, but i would still race him just so he wouldn't talk any more *****. and i'm not sure about that scrambler 500, i'd say you could be him, but it would be close, does he have any mods?

a scrammy 4x4 will be no problem. my friend has a modded 400 4by that i can waste.

well, should be able to beat a slighty modded one easy, but hav u ever seen a fully modded one run, iv been wasted by one before, im bettin ur friends isnt built up hardcore like this one was, but watch out for them built ones

yo man u can race that magnum just tell him to wear a mask or summin so all that dusk and exhaust youll throw in his face doesnt get all in his mouth. i smoke magnum 300s on my 250ex like its my job. ive beat big bear 400s before easy. and for the scrambler you smoke him

Anyone that talks smack and doesn't show up to race that is all they have is the smack don't let it bother you because if you do beat them then you might not have friends to ride with just go and ride and let them talk. Maybe someday they will race you then let your machine and skills do the talking.
