Anybody know the clearances for adjusting the valves on a 2001 Warrior 350? Where are the marks for setting the engine at TDC?

what i use is a screwdriver in the spark plug hole mark it with a sharpie. i have a 350 raptor (same motr) in. .002-.003 ex. .006-.007 hope it helps {ride hard ride fast never stop}

there is a mark on your timing chain sprocket and a indent in the case and there is a little cap above the the left side cover and you take that off and look at the flywheel and there is a T shaped mark when those 2 are lined up its TDC

Im gotta adjust the valves on my warrior too. How easy is it and what tools are needed.

its not really that hard... like i said how to make sure its TDC and pull off the calve covers (5mm allen key) and there is a jam nut (i think its a 10mm) holding a rod in place and on top of the rod is a 4mm head and your going to need a feeler guage... so loosten the nut and put the guage under the rod and tighten the rod until the guage is snug and tighten the jam nut back on without turning the rod and always measure twice before you put all your stuff back on
