its nice not having to worry about the battery but every now and then the solenoid pops out and shorts the connection but you just hit it or shake it and it usually breaks loose

its an air box that holds the battery. i started putting it back together thursday and only got the engine in on thursday, on friday i came home from school and decided i wasnt going to bed until i got it all together, i finished it at 2:00 in the morning:eek2:
and now i think my clutch is going out:mad:

yeah mine does that to, just ziptie the solenoid to the little rubber holder. Thats what I did and now have no problems. Nice 400ex :macho

what size are your back razors? Looking into some razor tires and comparing sizes. By the way- very nice quad! I got the same graphic kit actually...

Good job on the quad. I really like the looks of it. I just finished my 416 build, as well. Last night after breaking in the cam my buddy and I took it out for a ride. Wow, what a difference. I went with a 11:1 wiseco piston, stage 2 cam, rickys rev box, full 2 bros exhaust, and aluminum air box. I can now out pull my buddys KFX400 anywhere anytime. The power difference is amazing and the rickys rev box works flawlesly. It revs out like it never did before. I hope your runs as well, and you enjoy it. Good luck!

are those razors a little bigger then stock radial tires or does it just look that way?

i know the backs are, the fronts might be an inch shorter making the back look bigger.i have a 162 main jet in the bike now,i have haly of the intake holes on the airbox and the plug is a light gray so almost perfect but i wasnt to run it a little richer so itll run cooler im going to get the next so sizes up do you think that will be sufficient. also what pilot should i get
