WE just picked up our 06 Honda last week and the parts are starting to roll in, now to find the time to install!! :scary:
Suspention will be arriving on Monday. ......

So far this is what arrived..
they sent us the 04-05 pipe and it has since been re-shipped and we pick it up tomrrow. Hopefully they sent the right one this time :ermm:

Still dialing in the shocks, took about 1/2 of the day to loosen up the front end.So far were happy with them everything right now is just very stiff. I sure LOVE the power!!:blah: For me, the Bars are too short, I like mine taller and I am taller than my ole man is:o :p I can tell you that the UM nerfs are going BYE-BYE ASAP. We didint like ANYTHING about them ,including how high the footing is . Im hoping the Pro Armor will have a lower foot peg(I know they were a bit on my 440ex) This will help me a great deal....

ac racing makes nerfs with the pegs lowered and moved back an inch...my friend, lonestar_r, has them on his 06 r and they feel good. at first my pro armor felt a little high, but after about 15 minutes they felt just as good as lonestars lowered ones...

These look and feel Like and AC..they look exactly like AC actually. I dont like them AT ALL.. I want my ProArmor back! :(:( lol

A freind of mine asked about the foot peg ebing lowered and they told him they didint make them:confused: Weird.

One thing is I felt liek my foot couldnt get on the peg well cuase the heel guard was in the way too.

i have the ac nerfs and i feel the same way. its like i cant get my foot on the peg because theres a metal bar that my heel gets stuck on. i definetly perfered the pro aromor nerfs on my 400 over the ac nerfs

his does not have the heel guards at all...this is the only pic of them i could find

This is the only thing Im not sure about... Its like it sets too low on the front end or something... :ermm: The PC lokos GREAT, but I dont think I like the fit all that well.

We've been doing a little FT, well the boys have :( I'm HOPING to run the FULL winter series on DJ's 450 I would LOVE to make it to the podium so we will see :)
DJ has been doing very well on the big outdoor tracks he's LOVING the power/speed man does that thing FLY :eek2: :eek2: :macho :macho He may end up racing Ron's 450R a couple of TT's for his sponsor but we will see it doesn't do anywhere near as well as the YFZ, plus when you take it over a jump in bogs :( thinking it just needs a new carb LOL oh boy fun ;)

Kimmers! I was just thinking about you and your family the other day..:)

You will be seeing more of us in the spring as our kids are doing alot more racing in the Wash. area and less locally. I dont know how much will be racing TT/FT but if you could keep me up to date on anything for next season, I would GREATLY appreciate it!

My kids are changing quads,Kelsey has a shifter being built starting next month:D We will be doing some WORCS,MX,racing in Utah as well but maybe we can get some time to squeeze in a FT race. Kelseys wont be really set up for that anymore unless she raced her mini stroker.We will have t osee what classes are avail. I guess ;)

We havent done a whole lot this year nor do I expect to ,the kids are hard to keep up with expenses, Troy will Cont. to race wherever we go, Ill just be supportive and shoot pics and hit a few here and there

MY kids are currently 1st and 2nd in State series, with one race to go:D Kelseys will be a solid win for the season.They need more kids and more kids will make them faster and better riders

WE have done some riding,Im trying to get some photos together for a Mxxis tirewrite up Ill be doing, but I want several dif. terrain changes to make a really cool write up so its taking me a loong time to get it together.

Im glad to hear how well the family is doing and hope to meet your kids someday.

Tina tell them kids CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!! That is AWESOME they are doing so well & Kelsey on a SHIFTER :eek2: Yeah BABEEEE are you putting a motor in the blaster frame?? You will have to let me know what races you are doing up here & maybe we can come & FINALLY meet you in person & watch the kids. Dj really wants to do MX but it's just soooooo hard on equipement, heck we have trouble keeping up w/ FT haha
Here's a good story, we went trail riding a few weeks ago & I have now given DJ my 300ex, well him & a friend of ours were bombing down the trail in 5th WFO & BAM his rear tire/hub flew off :eek2: :ermm: needless to say the quad didn't fair as well as the boy!! He landed hard on his sholder, he did miss one race due to it cuz I wasn't sending him ont he track unless he's at least 90% & he wasn't. Pretty much totalled BUT we will be getting it back to trail mode I hope, she has NO MORE plastics,needs a new steering stem, but them big ol a arms held up great LOL, haven't had it started up yet BUT IT'S A HONDA :D:D:D never did find the tire/wheel/hub/spacer :( we looked for a good hour & about 40' back into the woods, THAT'S CRAZY CHIT!! So we said screw it LOL, we go there all the time so maybe when winter hits & the grass goes down we will find it!!

Tell Kelsey I agree w/ her on the riding of the 450r or 400ex :D:D:D:D I HATE Ron's 450R, just can't start the damn thing(hurt my leg bad last week:o ) plus I like the bottom end power mine has :)

Thats why she is going to a shifter!! :p Her legs are too long for her mini and shes ready to move up a notch.I would like her to race at least 1-2 years in a sport 12-15 class if possible.

Brandon cant WAIT to get her motor ..hehe
HE will have TWO minis and maybe run two classes.. We will see ...
She will have a CR85 motor for her Blaster, Ill be selling the Blaster motor I THINK(still undesicded yet) or keep it for later on ..Who knows..! She likes the thumper motor so who knows whats next! lol
