I recently picked up a Brand New never run 350X Motor, carb and oil cooler and CDI for $600. and I Would like to put it in a 250x/300ex chassis. I know about the spacer kit but was wondering is there any other work required like making a new head mount bracket or anything like that. I would like to know the step by step details on whats involved. do I really have to cut the engine case? I have a complete front end setup from a 400ex that I would like to put on, do you see any problems here? and I have A 250r SWINGARM around or would the 350x swingarm fit better. I am looking for something that will be a direct bolt in.
