ok i just got my new spark racing exhuast the x6 and i put it on adn when ilet of the throotle the pipe kinda pop not back fire but pop and blue flames cum out when the engine get up to it tempeture is this normal for sparks pipes

pilot is too lean, go up a size on it or turn out the air/fuels screw some.

for the blue flames is it because of the pipe not being sparkarested becauseit really a big blue spark

Its because your engine is now running to lean with the new exhaust. You need to re-jet to richen it back up

You are either lean on the pilot jet, or your exhaust was not installed properly/has a leak. Try richening up the pilot jet a size, if the x6 is the only mods you have, then bump up to a 42 pilot jet and try that. More than likely that is your problem, but I did have a leaky header on my HMF full and had to send it back for a new on to get the flames to go away...:rolleyes:

the mods i have is a 416high compression piston fully race ported and polished wiht a hotcam stag 2 on it and it no really a flame it a big bule spark and when i put race gas in it it stop poping after accelerating now please tell me wat is the problem

no i did not rejet because the guy said that the jetting should be very close from the last pipe the whitebros because that one i had on when the rebuilt my moto and he say he may need to adjust the aifluescrwew to richin and we did if i rev the quad really high and let of the gas it pops som time blue flames

thern this willl be th tthird time that i jewt it cause i jet 3 years ago when i go t the white bros and they rejet for the motor this time wat jet do i need and should i get a 42 jet pilot

chech the plug if its white or dark brown rejet if it looks tan or a light browm your good. sounds like you have too much fuel and not burning it all.
