would it be better to buy an 06 450r with the HRC kit or wait for the 07 450r w/ efi??

i do not think that it will have EFI. i believe it will by 2009. That is something i would like to know is when is Honda thinking about making the switch to EFI.

I'd say it depends on how it works out over a little more time with the suzuki, if it works out I'd bet the 08 model would have it, if not maybe a late arival 07 with it. its not like its a whole new concept, honda has made hundreds of vehicles with efi, they would just have to adapt it to this machine

the 07 crf 450 dirtbike has got efi and so does thje 07

honda seems to be doing the changes every 2 years
it makes more sense business wise.
It costs alot of money to make changes..

yea, for '07 they are replacing the 450r's with 200cc hybrids, safer and more fuel efficient
