Another way is to make a new transparent document, make your watermark, then lower the opacity using the Layer>Layer Style>Blending Options>Opacity. Then save that and move it onto all of your pictures. There's a way you can add the same watermark in the same place to a whole folder of pictures at once, but I don't remember how.
