E-brake bypass kit ?

what's the point of an e-brake bypass kit, I picked up my quad tonight and noticed it had it.. ?

because it loses wieght, cleans up the bars and get rid of the useless e brake

cause the e-brake only works once. thats the day you get your bike. then its adjust, adjust and adjust to keep it working. the labor to fix it every time is not worth it spend $20 if your lazy like me
