I have a 1986 250r for sale. bought in oct 03 , rode it 2 months then tore in to it . as of jan '04 this is what I created:
MOTOR-top/bottom-split cases new,bearings,seals,gaskets,crank trued -bore once over, new wiseco piston, rings, wrist pin, clips, carb was rebuilt.
FRAME-sandblasted and powder coated (red)
TIRES-new holeshots
BRAKES-new, calipers rebuilt.
EVERYTHING ELSE- Billett carrier bearing for swing arm ('88 250r swingarm), JT sprockets front and rear, O-ring chain,
DG swingarm skidplate, full chaisse skid plate, DG alloy front bumper, DG nerfbar netting, Fly racing aluminum handlebars, Scott grips, new clutch and gearshift lever, FMF fatty pipe slightly used when bought, new FMF packing, shockwears on front and rear, OEM steering stem, clamps and bearings, radiator louver, groments for plastic, used thumb throttle, new throttle and clutch cable, Moose rear block off plate, 2 sets of off road lights, toggle switches for each set, all bolts that I replaced are stainless.
Original plastic in good condition, original rims. Quad has roost boost.
