header help

How do you get the stock header off of an 03 kfx 400. I tryed and I cannot get the da** thing out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

haha oh boy it sucks.

take off the fan first, water out for the clips on the back, then you should be able to wiggle it out. when I had my hmf it just wiggled right in.

lol. funny you ask... i got so pissed when i tryed to take off my first header i just got out a hack saw and cut the SOB right off... but that was because my buddy had an extra one lying around he said i could have...

but yeah ya have to take off the fan and radiator or you will end up flattening out alot of the fins on the radiator
