is threr any way to rebuild a starter clutch

not that i know of, it is sold as an entire assembly, but i havent ever seen part numbers or rebuild kits for any of the starter clutch components. all the manual says is to replace itif there are cracks, loose bolts, and if the clutch does not engage when turning it clockwise

Is your starter just spinning and not starting the four-wheeler? Cause if so it is the one-way bearing in the starter. www.Bluetraxx.com suggest to replace it with the RSP one-way bearing. Read the article at the sithe under product evaluations.
