Just installed Power Kits/Silencers on my sons quads - one a Honda TRX250EX, the other a Suzuki LT-Z250. The DynaJet Kits
state that their Main Jets identifier does not correspond w/std MJ sizing. Does anyone know the equivanlancy? I've read posts that the Honda responds well to a 115-120 MJ. The DJ Kit recommends starting w/their 110 MJ (134 for the Z) and third slot down on the clip, 2 1/2 turns out on the fuel screws. The Honda pops quit a bit on decel, so I dropped a slot on the needle, which smoothed it out, but doesn't seem to accellerate as hard... any suggestions (on both quads settings) would be appreciated...

There is no direct equivelancy since the Dynojet sizes are based on throat diamater at the threads, and the keihins are based off of flow. A 110DJ has a 1.10mm hole in it. The keihin 110 flows 110cc/min.

Generally the Dynojet size number is going to be smaller than the keihin number.

For example.. a 128dj is about the same as a k132.

yeah DJ is different on measuring.... someone gave me this and Colby from C&D racing also agreed to the sizes.

Great matrix on the sizing - any suggestions on settings from those who have a slip-on, jet kit combo w/air box lid removed?

Go to Dynojet's website and look up their installation instructions. Then convert. ;)
