starter wire poped poped out

ok my batteries feel out and then the batteries yanked the startor cylinoid out and the cyloind yanked out the stater wire and i was wonder if you can just put the stater wire back in or am i goin to need a new starter???

you starter wire bolts to you starter so it probly just pulled the wire out of the crimps. the rubber boot just covers the ugly nut and bolt
