anyone know how to trace a telephone number. i keep getting praink calls and nothing comes up on my caller id.
need help-thanks

they are leaving obseane messages on my message machine and cursing out my bro on the answer machine. they are just flat out insulfing my whole family and i dont know who it is. it has happened a bunc of times this afternoon and i have the messages on the answer machine

I'd call the police. Your phone company may not be able to release that information to you, but they can certainly release it to authorities if there is grounds to believe they might harm you or your family.

Here *69 will actually tell you the number and give you the option to call it back.

Isn't there a * number that blocks a number?

*67 just blocks the number from being viewed on caller id for the person recieving the call.

*69 will call back the number but the problem with that is I don't think you will actually find out the number.

If it is harassing and threatening calls I would definately call the cops. Save the messages and file charges against the little ****** Believe me they can find the number out REAL QUICK!!:p

yeah my dad and i called up the phone company and they said we had to call back tomarow durring business hours. so tats what we gonna do . they also said to do *57 right after they call and it will trace it and stori it in a data base at the phone company which hey can retrieve it from... so thats what we gonna do

this is marshmello What i have is this internet phone thingy idk what its called you pay a flat 19.99 a month and you can call whoever you i spoke to my grandpa in south africa for an hour and a friend back there for a couple of hours and still use it around.well every phone call i make it get saved to my computer and i can just delete it iof i want. it has every thing and more than a ordinary phone woill have. but id deffinetly consider the cops :ermm:
