Ive been doing all kinds of searches and I cant find the part #'s for the 06. The search wont let you use less than four letters. Ive even tried servicehonda.com I need the part # for the neddle or the jet kit. My local dealer has the power up kit in stock but I only need the neddle. If I can give them the part # they will give me the jet kit and order one to replace it.

Thanks Pete

Just ask for a HRC kit for a TRX450r. Ebay or some Honda shop will have. They are on back order with Honda right now. They will ask you the year too.

The manual that came with my HRC kit states the part number is 16020-NLZ-610. It also states it is only available in the kit.

I will see if this matches the number for the parts in the kit (currently in the detached garage) and let you know. Should get back to you later tonight or in the morning.

ok, the part number I listed above is for the portion of the kit that includes three parts:

Needle w/clip - 16201-NLZ-611

Main jet #162 - 99101-3571620

Accelerator pump bypass jet #55 - 99108-MEB0550

I tripled checked those numbers so they are correct. Good Luck!

I believe you will have to get Honda jets too as the Dynojet comes with its own jets at least that is they way it is on my 400exs. You can't mix and match Dynojet parts with Honda parts.

It has nothing to do with being a prick. The part number for the '06 HRC needle is only orderable as part of the '06 HRC kit. The 04-05 HRC needle is now available separately but it wasn't at first. Just call them and purchase the stock needle for a '04 CRF 450r like the Rossier pipe tells you to run and you will be set. The dirt bike needles are adjustable and you will be able to set it where ever you want. The instructions with the pipe will give you the recommended starting point. Hope this helps.
