In all honesty....leave it how it is. A lot of people cut there fenders and I find very few that actually come out looking good. Just an opinion though....

I used a jigsaw with a fine blade, works like a charm, just need a person or 2 to hold the plastic.

A pneumatic bodysaw works the best.

I had good results with a fine tooth blade on a jigsaw. I then filed the edges using a fine file. I sanded the edges then took a heat gun to them. It looked like a factory edge when I finished.

Use a dremel!! But first lay out exactly where you want cut cut it with electrical tape. The tape curves real nice. Then just follow the line with the dremel cutting wheel. Sand the edges with a sanding block and 80 grit. Just did mine last night.

i never done it but a dremel would seem to work better just because the wouldnt leave rough lines like the jigsaw would from its guides......... cut a lil farther then u want to but then just sand it down the rest of the way to get it perfect, sure it may take longer...but it wuld be safer
