well said.... i like to read all the smack talkin on here...its plain and simple fun...yall all seem to know when to stop before ppl get there feelings hurt...it really wouldnt be as interesting if everyone was nice:D plus, it adds to the racing...when it comes to being out on the trails, it makes it alot more fun to pass somebody when you know they wer esayin it wouldnt happen in the forum...its all about having fun, and part of having fun is having competition, and talking chit is the best way to get somebody in the mood to rub tires on the trails

this reminds me of a story.. back when i broke my wrist and was a spectator after my surgery i went to every race and watched and supported jeff. jake had allready won senoir and moved up to a class to finish the year. i walked around wishing everyone i knew good luck on the starting line and made my way up to snake. i held my fist out for the macho fist touching and said good luck jake, "i really looked up to jake at that time cause he was so fast for being so old" and he turned his head on me.. i'll never forget that.. dustin was just a fast cherry picker and no one knew him, now he's getting a big name, jeff has went to another level and is well know in the mideast and gncc, because of me ??? probably not.. but walk with me at a national and see who's name get's called out.. and it aint for being fast... damn i sound like i have the big head, but i don't.. i just love this sport and the people that are in it !!!! so with that being said.............

I had a bad day on the way over and on the way home! Tire blew on the trailor.....never ever buy Wal-Mart tires...they suck....second brand new tire!!!!! Then on the way home it was storming bad and I ran into an electrical wire and snapped it in two! My butt was chewing a hole in the seat! Anyway, I had the best race ever! I did flip once and I am covered in bruises but i was able to finish! We have a new girl racing with us!!! Well good night you all! Yeah, Houston, your gonna have to slow down. dang...less than a tenth of a second between wil and dustin??? my ride sucked.. was 3rd on the start, then 2nd hit a tree and got me hung up on him about a 100 yards into the race, now i'm last, so dusty i couldn't even catch back up with the pack, then when i did get a run going a pack of b riders or vets would catch me... it was a long day... did i mention i'm not fast enough to start in front of all those classes ??? :ermm:

I know what you mean and how you felt i was last off the start like usuall with the electric start! You just couldn't see anything.

was last going into woods yam. slow to start moved up to third then baaam hit tree then it was over got back behind pack then was so dusty could not see a dam thing then started thinking what the hell am i doing out here .took it back to the truck.ps unlimited sportsman is for us slow people but you allways got those dam cherry pickers. that bull. leader lapped the class.ps Im done good luck yall.:blah:

cant understand why you put the slowest class in the middle of the field all you get done is getting out of both c classes way im not *****ing but us slow riders like to be able to ride to before the pros get back to us:rolleyes:

I'm not complaining about nothing else cause I'm through. I've done my part in the last 8 yrs.I need to get out the way for the new.It seems like the trails are different.It's hard to find a place in a race that's fun. Most of us need that. I think what yall got to look forward to is faster and rougher.Buren thought Bishopville was a perfect way way to start the year.It will be first next year if he can't something meaner. I also think the meaner it gets the more of them big rigs you going to see. Thats the kind of practice they need. Sooner or later they gonna remember whose footing the bills for the races. The money starts at the back row and goes at the front! The pro's need to have their race (and trail too) and we have ours.We be glad to watch and pay for it too.

My biggest problem was the heat! I felt like I was in a slow cooker. Since my heat stroke at Uncle Lem's last year I have to be super careful and although I wasn't feeling sore out there I felt like I had no energy at times and turned into a big orange SNAIL! My girl Jenna made me push even though I could have just pulled over and drained my Camelback and tried to get my breath back...:D But that is what makes it more fun is the competition and being out there with your best buddies! Congratulations to everybody and I will see some of you at Big Buck! Say hey if you see me and I don't see you :) :) Angela

PS if you all see me packed in some kind of crazy "ice suit" to race you will know why after this race

Man was it really that bad?......from what it sounds i dont feel so bad missing this Race, But no More!......Im gonna go out there and see what i can get no matter how bad the conditions get, Im ready to Race again....and ill see everyone at The Big Buck....u know the #45, watch for it in the morning:D

It did great...its rider was another story. The extra width in the front didn't seem too bad in the tight stuff. Not having nerf bars or a stabilizer hurt though. I got it caught once in the new section and hit the rears a few times.

The biggest problem I had with it was the gearing. The bigger tires made the gears way too tall. I couldn't use 2nd at all in the woods. Getting on and off the throttle in 1st all day wore me out. I picked up a smaller front spocket at lunch that should fix it. I wish I could have raced it at I-20 because the suspension on this thing is much better than the stock honda's.. Hopefully I'll have the nerfs and stabilzer on for Big Buck.
